Content Writer - case studies (Miami, FL)

Bright Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Miami, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
