Content Writer - case studies (Miami, FL)

Fernwood Thistle Insurance is an insurance company in Miami with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 227 people based in Miami. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
