Westbrook Thistle Insurance Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
