Content Writer - case studies (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Louisville area, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
