Content Writer - case studies (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Junction Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Louisville, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
