Content Writer - case studies (Louisville, KY)

Harborlight Amber Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Louisville. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
