Fernwood Hollow Energy Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
