Content Writer - case studies (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Knoxville, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about public records. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
