Fernwood Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Indianapolis design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
