Content Writer - case studies (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar North Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
