Content Writer - case studies (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Kestrel Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about benefits enrolment. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
