You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
