Content Writer - case studies (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Iron Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Fresno, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
