Content Writer - case studies (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Timber Insurance Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
