Content Writer - case studies (El Paso, TX)

Nova Amber Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in El Paso. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
