Content Writer - case studies (Detroit, MI)

Greenridge Rook Learning Group is an education provider in Detroit serving students and families, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
