Rivermark Rowan Civic Services works with county and city offices around Detroit, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
