Content Writer - case studies (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Detroit, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer complaints. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
