Content Writer - case studies (Des Moines, IA)

Bright Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Des Moines. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about policy renewals. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
