Rivermark Glen Banking Services Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find.
