We are growing our team at Fernwood Linden Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about card disputes. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
