Content Writer - case studies (Chicago, IL)

Cedar Union Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Chicago presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 787 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
