We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We invest in training. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer tickets. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
