Content Writer - case studies (Chicago, IL)

Bluepeak Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in Chicago supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about food distribution. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
