Amberfield Willow Insurance is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
