Content Writer - case studies (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Lakeside Arts Center and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about exhibitions. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
