Content Writer - case studies (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Sparrow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Charlotte presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about school partnerships. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
