Content Writer - case studies (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cross Arts Center and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about exhibitions. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
