Content Writer - case studies (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Northwind Orchard Arts Center and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a large organisation of about 534 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about exhibitions. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
