Content Writer - case studies (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Union Banking Services is a regional lender in Buffalo with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
