Content Writer - case studies (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Field Press and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Boston. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about bindery work. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
