Content Writer - case studies (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Quarry Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Boston. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Boston. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
