Content Writer - case studies (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Boise with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts.
