Content Writer - case studies (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Orchard Civic Services works with county and city offices around Birmingham, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about constituent requests. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits.
