Silverline Umber Arts Center is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on case studies for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about exhibitions. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
