Content Writer - case studies (Baltimore, MD)

Bright Nest Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Baltimore. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about repair requests. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
