Content Writer - case studies (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lantern Community Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be case studies. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client intake. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
