Content Writer - case studies (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Summit Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Atlanta. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about claims. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
