Content Writer - case studies (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across Anchorage, and we need a Content Writer to lead our case studies. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about rent assistance. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
