Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Wren Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Wichita serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
