Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Juniper Foods Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
