Stonegate Meridian Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
