Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Rowan Energy is an energy provider in Wichita focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
