Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sparrow Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
