Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Wichita, KS)

Summit Yarrow Health runs clinics and patient services around Wichita, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
