Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Keystone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Wichita area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
