Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Meridian Foods Group is a Wichita food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
