Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood West Energy Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
