Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright West Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads.
