Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Umber Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Virginia Beach, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
